The Pathway School’s Resource Coordinator provides short-term case management/resource coordination services for special education students and their families, across the elementary and high schools, and across multiple counties in the greater Philadelphia area. The Resource Coordinator works with families to identify educational, medical, mental health, housing, financial, and legal needs and assists with connecting families to appropriate resources in their home communities to address these needs.
