Organizational Culture

Our organizational culture is based on community, career growth, diversity, respect, empowerment, and professionalism at all levels of the organization. We want our employees to thrive in their environments and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Pathway hosts many events throughout the year to show appreciation for our staff, including a winter party, end of year picnic, and staff and teacher appreciation weeks. The school also hosts numerous special day events, including hot chocolate day, the “Souper Bowl,” self-care day, ugly sweater day, and much more. We honor our staff by awarding Years of Service, Outstanding Service, and Rookie of the Year recognition at our annual end of year picnic.

Employee Benefits

We want our staff to be happy and healthy both inside and outside of work. To achieve this, we offer a competitive compensation model, healthcare coverage, vision, and dental. Pathway also provides each staff member with paid time off, retirement plan contributions, tuition reimbursement, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and much more! Our benefits are all based on the philosophy that taking care of our staff is good for all of us.

Pathway is committed to maintaining a healthy work environment for staff through our Wellness Programs. We provide an Employee Assistance Program, gym reimbursement, on-campus yoga classes, the Biggest Loser Contest, and more. We even give out awards for our wellness contest winners at our end of year picnic!

It is the policy of The Pathway School to provide equal opportunity in all terms, conditions, and privileges of employment for all qualified applicants and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation or the presence of any disability.
