Pathway hosts many events throughout the year to show appreciation for our staff, including a winter party, end of year picnic, and staff and teacher appreciation weeks. The school also hosts numerous special day events, including hot chocolate day, the “Souper Bowl,” self-care day, ugly sweater day, and much more. We honor our staff by awarding Years of Service, Outstanding Service, and Rookie of the Year recognition at our annual end of year picnic.
