Visitor Policy

Safety of our staff and students is our number-one priority

In order to ensure the safety of our students and staff, our visitors policy is as follows:

When Visiting Pathway’s Campus During Business Hours

Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • All visitors must sign-in at the receptionist desk in Butera Hall.
  • All visitors, including parents and legal guardians, will state the nature of the visit or business and provide a government photo ID. The receptionist will then issue a visitor’s pass.
  • All visitors will be escorted by a current Pathway employee at all times during business hours on Pathway’s campus.
  • The visitors pass that the receptionist has provided to the visitor must be kept by the visitor at all times on Pathway’s campus.
  • Students and staff are asked not to open doors for any person or group of people at a doorway.
  • Visitors who fail to secure a visitor’s pass will be asked to either register with the receptionist or leave campus immediately. The police may be called if the situation warrants.
  • The school’s campus and buildings are located on The Pathway School’s private property. There is no solicitation allowed on our campus.

When Visiting Pathway’s Campus During the Evening/Weekend (After Hours)

After hours are from 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday.

  • Visitors attending after school functions for the school or an outside organization must abide by the visitors policy set forth for the function/event. If you are unsure of the policy set forth, please contact Pathway’s Receptionist at 610-277-0660 ext. 0
  • Staff must notify the HR Department and the Receptionist if they intend to bring visitors to campus during evening/weekend hours.
  • Visitors arriving without prior arrangements will be asked to leave campus.
Failure to notify the HR Department and the Receptionist of an evening and/or weekend visitor will result in disciplinary action.
  • The school’s campus and buildings are located on The Pathway School’s private property. There is no solicitation allowed on our campus.
