At the beginning of the month, reading took center stage at The Pathway School as we celebrated Literacy Celebration Week! Throughout the week, we welcomed special guests, including local elected officials, board members, and friends of the school, who read to our students and talked about their career journeys.

In our Lower School Program (K-8), guests read engaging stories to students, sparking their imagination and love for books. Meanwhile, in the Upper School Program (grades 9-12+), guests spoke about their careers, offering valuable insights and inspiration to our students to explore their career interests. Students had the chance to ask questions, network, and learn about different professions.

To add to the excitement, our Scholastic Book Fair ran throughout the week, giving students the opportunity to explore and purchase new books. Literacy is at the heart of everything we do at Pathway – reading helps us learn, dream, and grow!

A huge thank you to all our guest readers for making Literacy Celebration Week so special. We appreciate your time and dedication to inspiring the next generation.
