When you support Pathway, you help students with special needs achieve their full potential

Through annual giving, capital donations, planned gifts, corporate support, and more, people like you support The Pathway School’s services to students with special needs from more than 50 school districts in the greater Philadelphia region. Join us in helping students achieve their full potential – in school and in life – through innovative educational programming, STEM, and integrated support services.

We are committed to providing students with the opportunity to achieve beyond what they believe is possible. We do this by giving them the education and support that they need and deserve. Pathway’s students, families, and staff are extremely grateful for your gifts of time, treasure, and talent that make this all possible.

Annual Giving

The Pathway Fund provides the opportunity for friends and donors to give financial support wherever it is most needed.  Your donation will support leading-edge special education curriculum, clinical services, our arts programs-visual and performing, field trips, athletic programs, improvement of our facilities, and other important programs and services. Donations can be made online, by check, gifts of stock (securities), IRA charitable rollovers, Donor Advised Funds, and other forms of giving that may provide you with some tax benefits as well.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts, including gifts from your will or estate, are creative ways of providing for The Pathway School in the future and many are deferred or may benefit you and your loved ones as well. Many planned gifts do not require great wealth. As you reflect on your lifetime achievements, please consider including Pathway as a beneficiary of your will and financial plans.

Monthly Giving – Pathway Success Partner

Your gift makes a greater impact over time when you become a monthly donor, or what we call a Pathway Success Partner. This program allows caring donors like you to support our students’ growth and achievements into the future!

The Pathway School Campaign

Innovation remains central at Pathway enabling us to better serve students with special needs. Years of visioning, planning, and research by administrators and board members culminated in a two-phase plan to expand our student body and revitalize our campus. The Pathway School Campaign is enabling us to provide a STEM-for-all curriculum, fully integrating in-class learning with STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, and Math) concepts that are omnipresent in 21st century careers and daily life. You can make the difference for students with special needs and learning differences today and in the future through your support of our campaign.

PA Tax Credit Program – EITC

Through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit, business and individuals can apply for tax credits allowing them to divert a percentage of certain PA State tax liabilities to qualified educational organizations. The Pathway School is an approved Educational Improvement Organization (EIO) and is therefore eligible to receive charitable contributions in connection with the PA EITC.

Corporate Giving

Many companies have corporate matching gift programs, workplace campaigns through the United Way, Benevity, America’s Charities, etc., or other philanthropic programs that support charitable organizations. We value corporate partners who want to support Pathway students.

Volunteering

Does your company have a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program? Pathway values corporate groups seeking to give back to the community by helping support our school and our students. Corporate volunteer groups provide the valuable gifts of “time and talent”, in-kind donations, corporate support, and can help connect the school to important resources.
