Students who are approaching graduation and are able to function more independently have the opportunity to live in apartments or houses within the community surrounding The Pathway School. The focus within this program is to facilitate transition as students learn to function more independently in the community. Students are encouraged to utilize community resources and to assume more responsibility for themselves and their living environment. Staff support is provided daily.
