The Health Services Department at the Pathway School provides quality medical and psychiatric care to students, focusing on safety and promotion of student independence. Twenty-four hour medical and psychiatric care is available through our staff of registered nurses, nursing assistants, and Board Certified Child/Adolescent psychiatrists. Hospitals, physicians, dentists, and orthodontists in the community supplement these services as needed.

The Pathway School is committed to providing students with healthy meals. As a participant in the Federal School Lunch Program the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the PA Department of Education and the American Dietetic Association (ADA) regulate our menus. Student input regarding available food choices is welcomed and encouraged. A registered dietician, in accordance with all applicable state and federal regulations, reviews and approves our Menu Design Manual that serves as a guide for all menus.
