Founded in 1961, The Pathway School was designed exclusively for the learning disabled child & was one of the first schools in the nation to unify the disciplines of psychology, psychiatry, medicine, social work and education. Situated on an 11-acre setting near Valley Forge National Park, we are consistently seeking both full-time and part-time talent in the areas of Education, Transition and Clinical Services. Whether we are your pathway into a new career or your employer of choice for continued career growth, we are always seeking exceptional people to assist us in providing our comprehensive program of services for children with neurological disorders. We serve students, ages 10-21 in our Therapeutic Academic Program and students, ages 6-14 in our Emotional Support Program. We are a unique institution known for its multi-sensory approach to instruction and are seeking energetic talent that thrives on making a difference.

The Human Resources Department is currently accepting applications for positions in the following areas:

Coordinator Career Education Services: 10 Month Position (37.5 hrs per week)

Job Coach – Food Services Program: 10 Month Position (6.5 hrs./day - 32.5 hrs./week)

Career Education Teacher - ESY Program: July 9th - August 17th (7 hrs daily)

Career Education Teacher Assistants - ESY Program: July 9th - August 17th (6.5 hrs daily)

Classroom Teachers Needed - ESY Program (Upper School, Lower School, ACT and FACT Programs): July 9th - August 17th (7 hrs daily)

Classroom Teacher Assistants Needed - ESY Program (Upper School, Lower School, ACT and FACT Programs): July 9th - August 17th (6.5 hrs daily)

Classroom Teachers - Emotional Support Program: July 9th - August 17th (7 hrs daily)

Instructional Coordinators - Emotional Support Program: July 9th - August 17th (7 hrs daily)

Part-Time Job coaches Needed - ESY Program: July 9th - August 17th (19.5 hrs a week)

Personal Care Assistant (1:1) – Multiple Positions For ESY: July 9th - August 17th (6.5 hrs daily)

Adapted Physical Education teacher Needed - ESY Program: July 9th - August 17th (7 hrs daily)

Welcome to The Pathway School

The Pathway School is a nonprofit approved private school founded in 1961 that serves students with neurological impairment, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, psychological disorders and serious emotional disturbance.
